"Safety of girl" has become a joke in the society..!!

                     
                          "Woman" has always been a confusion in the society. I am saying this because, "woman" is the strongest person who gives life, bearing all the pain happily. Women are the only one who can equally bear all the stress in the family as well as in the work place outside, without showing it off in anger or other form. When a mother and a sister is respected, why don't people give the same respect even to other girls. Of course, enjoyment up to a limit like teasing, or passing funny comments is fine. But crossing those limits is definitely not acceptable. Though the gal may not be a strong as the guy who teases her, she would definitely dare to slap him.
                        The recent case in Guwahati, in which a gal has been molested by  more than 20 cruel men, shows how safe girls actually are..!! In spite of the gal literally begged them to leave her, they were in such a disgust condition that they can only show off their vulgar heroism and pose for pictures to a reporter who was recording all that. ( Though the reporter tried to stop them, they were in no mood to behave like humans. So he had to record everything. Thanks to him, at least the govt. has got a chance to recognize the faces of those hu"man"-animals.) In spite of such big worst situation happening, people could not even dare to stop them, shame on those irresponsible people. It reminds me of "Droupadi's" story which we read in our epics. Unfortunately, there is no Lord Krishna in this 21st century, to stop the nuisance.

                          Though "women" are strong enough to even live in space, do wonders in every stage, why are they are still considered as weak in the society. We are still in the situation to just dream for the rights and independency of women. Sorry to Ghandhiji, who dreamt of an independent country, in which "women" can reach home safely even after 10 in the night. Being in such a society, today it is even difficult to assure safety for women even during the day time.

Sweet memories are the treasure of life

Life has become so busy!! Right from sweet sixteen's to sweet sixty's, everybody are busy in their own work. The little time which we get, we are spending on social networking. Apart from thinking whether it is a good change or not, it is time to think how far we are going from the so called "real relations". Most of the people say that they are very emotional. But being emotional in their view is to feel bad or cry when others show little anger or hurt. But they do not actually realize that being emotional is to feel bad even when we hurt others badly.
                     Today we cannot imagine a single day without mobile. But a few years ago, there were no mobiles at all. Even then people were so happy and normal. Now we find very less families sitting together on a holiday, eat and spend time in chatting with each other. My dad keeps on telling his childhood days, when we both sit and talk to each other. But I wonder whether my children would have the patience to sit and listen to all that, because there may be a new rule to have an account (in any of the existing social networking sites) along with the birth certificate in the coming years. So probably they may ask me to "share" everything on the "wall" instead of sharing personally with them.
                       So at least once in a week, spending time with the family gives real and true happiness. All of us are leading a busy life, but that life has become so busy only for ourselves and our family, so that we can spend the whole life happily together. So find a little time for true happiness which gives us lots and lots of sweet memories for our future. Because "Sweet memories reminds us of the roads we have traveled and the people we have loved."

Unconditional Love..!!

"Parents"!! Without them there is nothing for children. They are the one who suffer a lot to bring up their children but never complain. Mom and dad, work hard equally and puts lot of effort just to give their child an awesome life.Whatever they had missed in their life, they dream of giving it to their child. For ex, if they had not enjoyed a luxurious, rich life, it is so obvious that they want their child to enjoy it. Only for that they work so hard and make us study. In my childhood, many would ask me "who do you like the most?? your mom? or your dad? " Since I was a child, I would answer depending on my mood, as on who gave me the chocolate that day. But now when I think of that question, I don't understand why should I choose one when both are the reason for my existence. Both are equally to be loved and respected. Few people oppose to celebrate mother's and father's day saying that it is a foreign culture, or a single day is not enough to celebrate but children should respect them everyday. But when there are many days in a week, why do we celebrate only on a weekend?? When there are many days  in a month, why  is the salary given only at the end of the month?? When we live everyday, why do we celebrate only on our birthday?? So, it is not that we love or respect them only on the mother's or father's day. But we need a day to celebrate and express that we love them so much. They should never be forgotten and should not be hurt even for  a moment. So now it is time for you to say sorry if you have hurt them unintentionally  today or just a few days before. So love them, respect them and make them happy each and everyday because without them we are just nothing..!!

Be Human..!!

Physically challenged people are really to be cared for a lot and treated equally in the society. Though there are people who help the visually challenged in crossing the road, or getting into the bus, But at the same time there are also people who make fun of them. I am telling this because I have personally seen near a bus stop in Mehdipatnam, where I was waiting for my bus. There was a visually challenged person who was waiting for his bus, asking each and every bus driver whether it is the bus which he was waiting for..!! There was a so called "gang" which was sitting and making fun instead of helping. I soon went and told him that I will let him know when his bus comes. Later he got into his bus and while leaving he thanked and blessed me, that moment my eyes were filled with tears.I experienced the true and real satisfaction.

                     The next time I got into the bus and a lady was sitting in "physically challenged" seat and soon an educated young man who actually had to sit there asked her to please sit in the ladies seat which was vacant. But she refused to do that and was so rude in answering him. After a little argument, the conductor came and shouted at her and then she left from that place. I wanted to tell  the lady to just get up and go. But even now I do not understand , "why I failed to do that??"  By all this, I only understood one thing, it is not whether you are an illiterate or a literate, but what matters is whether you are human or not. There are many incidents as such, in which I reacted many times and failed to do so few times. But though we help them or not, it is better if we do not criticize and hurt them as we have no right to do so. Today they are equal to everyone in all aspects and take up challenges. Truly as  a lyric from a Telugu song said " maa dhairyanni darsinchi daivaale tala dinchaga" . Even the God understand that he made a mistake as they deserve to be no. 1 in the society.
